Introduction

Transparency is really important to us at Koala Rank so we’re making these terms of service as easy to digest as possible. Some legal language is required so please bear with us as we get through the introductory terms. We recommend that you read the terms in their entirety.

By registering, accessing or using any services developed, provided, or maintained by Koala Rank (hereinafter “KR”), including all web pages hosted on the koalarank.com domain name, you agree to be bound to the following terms of service (“Terms of Service”) and you agree that it is enforceable as if it were a written negotiated agreement signed by KR and you.

KR reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service at its sole discretion. Any new features that enhance the services available from KR shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICE, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR CONSENT AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT TERMS OF SERVICE.

Below you will find all the legal information related to our service: creating an account, general conditions, payment terms, intellectual property, warranty and liability, and cancellations.

Creating an account

To create an account with KR, you must:
  1.  Be 18 years or older.
  2. Provide a valid email address and phone number.
  3. Be responsible for all content that is sent or published on your behalf by representatives of KR. We do not assume responsibility for misuse of content we produce.
  4. Use our services legally and with proper authorization.
  5. Comply with local, state, national, and foreign laws relating to your use of the service.
KR reserves the right to refuse the opening of an account for any reason, at any time, and at its sole discretion. KR also reservers the right to refuse service to anyone under any circumstances.

General conditions

When using the service offered by KR, you agree that:
  1.  Your use of the service is at your sole risk. KR provides the service to you “As Is” with the sole exception of our guarantee which you can learn more about in the guarantee section.
  2.  KR shall not be responsibile for any inaccuracies related to your business model, and KR shall not be responsible or liable for any content that may negatively affect your business.
  3. You consent to KR publishing your name, title, and company name to KR’s website for promotional use, although you reserve the right to request removal of the information.
  4. You acknowledge that KR cannot guarantee the security of your data and your digital assets whenever a representative accesses your web properties. To prevent any issues from arising, we offer all our customers who are hosted on WordPress a backup solution.
  5. Receival of administrative and legal notices about the service via email, text, or phone call is permitted and that KR may use send out occasional promotional messages.
The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and KR and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and KR (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Payment terms

To become a customer and start benefitting from the service:
  1. A valid credit or debit card is required.
  2. You agree to monthly or quarterly recurring billing.
  3. The payment should be fully processed.
  4. You shall be responsible for payments of all taxes. The service fees offered by KR are exclusive from levies, duties, or other taxes imposed by taxing authorities.
In case a credit card isn’t a viable payment method, an alternative payment method may be considered at the sole discretion of KR, reserving the right to refuse service.

Guarantee

KR offers a guarantee to all customers who’ve purchased either a quarterly plan or who’ve committed to at least three months of service. You can learn more about this here.

Cancellations

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Once your term is complete, you will no longer be charged. As noted in the guarantee section, this is not applicable for customers who have committed to three months of service. In that case, the entire period of the service must be paid for either in advance or through monthly payments.aco
